All orders received before 2.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are sent the same day.
Guaranteed Orders are only available Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) and are not deliverable over a weekend period.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. A second email will confirm that your order has been dispatched. Our contractual agreement to provide goods and services does not start until you have received this second email. Most orders are packed to ensure they fit through standard sized letterboxes, but larger glasses and multiple orders will need to be delivered with you there.

You are welcome to return any items within 14 days of dispatch for an exchange or refund. We need notification of your intention to return 14 days from receipt of your item. All items need to be returned in an unused condition along with the original packaging and accompanied by a note quoting the order number within 14 days of your notification.  Postage charges are non refundable.

All payments are handled via 3rd party payment gateways and are secure. We offer an over the telephone service where we accept All Major Credit Cards.  During this service we enter your information manually into a 3rd party payment gateway and we do not store or keep any of your payment information in any way.

We have ensured that the information relating to the products on our website is as accurate as possible. Pictures of each product can be enhanced to offer a more detailed view but your vision of the product depends on the monitor display and resolution capability of your computer. At the point when a purchase has been made and a dispatch email has been received by the customer there then exists a binding agreement under our terms and conditions between us and the customer. Payment is taken immediately for orders and goods will not be dispatched until receipt of payment. Product ownership passes to the customer once we have received payment in full and the customer has received the goods.

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 we have a legal obligation to protect any information we get from you. It will not be disclosed to any other organisation unless you give explicit permission, or there is a legal obligation to do so. If you join our newsletter you are agreeing to receive periodic email and mail information from us. You can request the removal of your details from this list at any time by contacting us with this request.

What data do we hold about you and how do we collect it?
For all customers, we hold information relating to each purchase. This includes items bought, full name, address, phone number and email address. It is important to note, we store no customer payment details.

We only use customer data to process an order and handle any queries relating to that order. For customer’s that sign-up to receive updates about our latest offers and products we send regular communications by email only.

Where is your data held and is it secure?
All pages and data transferred to and from our website is sent over an encrypted connection provided by an SSL certificate. Once customer data is received it is then stored on a secure server. It is our priority to treat customer data with the utmost care and take every appropriate step to protect it.
